Please note that code entry is only possible with the ignition switched on, and when the four lines are shown in the display. If the display continually shows "SAFE" then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible. If it does not reset after this time, then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be sent to us to be decoded and reset, details of which can be found below.

Removal of this radio is awkward but not impossible to do, as there are no visible holes for removal tools. You will need four thin, flat bits of metal or plastic to slide down the sides of the radio to engage with the metal clips that retain the radio in place. Slide the plastic strips very carefully in the areas shown by the four arrows, and then slide up and down respectively as shown by the red arrows. In practice, its easier to release one side at a time, and wiggle the unit forwards as you do so. Be very careful not to pull or force anything around the cassette flap area, as if damaged, is extremely expensive to put right ! Once the radio has been pulled forwards, the leads can simply be unplugged.

Clock:

The clock will need to be set on recoding, and is a fairly simple operation.

Press and hold the "CLOCK" button until "M2" is shown
Press Presets 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 until the correct time is shown
Press "CLOCK" to return to the radio.
