Please note that code entry is only possible when the four lines are flashing in the display. If the display continually shows "WAIT" then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible. If it does not reset after this time, or the display shows "LOCKED" then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be sent to us to be decoded and reset. Please contact us for the cost of this service.

Removal of the radio is fairly straightforward. The stereo is held in by four screws and access to these will require the removal of some dash trim dependant on the vehicle it is fitted to. Please refer to your service manual for full instructions on radio removal. The radio can then be withdrawn and the leads unplugged.

If this radio is being installed into a new or different vehicle, then the 17 digit VIN NUMBER stored in the radio can be easily reprogrammed from the ADV MENU on the radio.
