Please note that code entry is only possible when "SEC" is shown in the display. If the unit is codelocked it will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible. If it does not reset after this time, or the display shows "HELP" then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be sent to us to be decoded and reset.

If you have lost your radio code, we can decode and reset this radio, but you will need to send the unit to our workshop for this work to be carried out. Approx turnaround time is 48 hours from receipt to dispatch.

Removal of the radio can appear a little daunting, but is actually quite straightforward if you take a little time and care. If fitted to a GS300, then the removal instructions are as follows. Grab hold of the lower ashtray internal compartment and pull forwards, this is held in with sprung clips, but will release with a bit of pressure. The cable is long enough to be put aside without unplugging. Gently prise forwards the upper air vent and display panel. This too will come forward, but will take a bit of effort to get it started. Be carefull not to mark anything if using any form of prying bar. Once removed and put to one side, the two upper and two lower bolts are visable which are retaining the rest of the radio and air con section. Once removed, the leads can then be unplugged. The radio is then unbolted from the frame by two large screws at either side.
