If you have ever experienced a problem with a faulty dashboard in your car, then at some stage a replacement will have to be considered. However, if you purchase a brand new instrument cluster from a Main Dealer, the Odometer display will certainly arrive with 0 miles showing, and if you purchase a second hand dash from a breakers or the internet, then who knows what the mileage is going to show? Either way its going to be a different mileage from the original one.

We have the technology to either reset the electronic odometer on your instrument cluster, or can reprogram it to indicate any mileage reading that you request, and this will then allow you to keep the service records up to date with the new replacement dash fitted. We can reprogram your Instrument Cluster to now show the mileage display figures that you actually want it to.

If you have imported a vehicle with a KMH speedo and have had it electronically converted to now display the speed in MPH, we can also convert and reprogram the odometer to reflect the current display in Miles instead of Kilometers.

When sending your Instrument Cluster into our workshop for odometer correction, please ensure that we have the mileage number that you would like us to program in. We would advise that due to the residual and partial mileage stored in some of the electronic components, that in some instances there may be a tolerance or difference of around 0.2% from the requested figure. For example, if you request a mileage to be shown of 95,000 Miles then it may return with a mileage somewhere between 94,810 and 95,190 Miles.

The price shown does not include the removal or refitting of the dashboard, and is based on sending the removed instrument cluster to our workshop. Please contact us for prices and booking availability should you wish us to remove, recalibrate and refit your dashboard to your vehicle via our Drive In Service.

This Calibration service only covers the Instrument Cluster shown. We are able to perform this procedure on most Makes and Models of Car and Motorcycle dashboards. Please contact us for more information if you are unable to find your vehicle listed on our website.
