One of the most common faults on the Toyota B9000 Voice Navigation System is for the DVD Drive mechanism to fail. Often, it may not be able to read the mapping disc and will display an error message accordingly, or in some instances, it may not even know if there is a disc inside at all.



This fixed price repair service is for the repair of the DVD Drive mechanism only, and if any other faults are found, or the unit has been tampered with, then we reserve the right to provide an estimate for any additional work that may be required.

Please make sure that you also include your Navigation disc when sending the unit in for repair.
