If the unit is codelocked, leave it switched on for up to two hours and a further attempt at code entry should be possible. We are able to decode and reset this radio if you send it to us.

To remove the Radio, simply insert the removal tools, push in until a click is felt, and then withdraw the radio. The leads can then be unplugged.
