If the display continually shows "ERROR" then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on up for up to four hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible. If it does not reset after this time, then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be sent to us to be decoded and reset. Removal of the radio is fairly straightforward, and will depend upon the vehicle fitted to, but generally will involve the removal of the outer trim panel. Once the trim has been lifted clear, the two screws that hold the stereo in can be seen at either side. Remove these two screws and the radio will pull forwards. The radio can then be withdrawn and the leads unplugged.
