Clarion Radio / Cassette as fitted to the Peugeot 106

If the display shows a series of four numbers, then the unit is codelocked, and code entry will not be possible until it has reset. We are able to decode this stereo via E-Mail. Please follow the intructions on the link below for what to do next.

This stereo is a little tricky to remove from the car, and care must be taken not to scratch or damage the sides of the radio or the dashboard. You will need to insert a flat blade (A blunt Knife is ideal) down the sides of the stereo. As the knife is inserted in the gap down the side, a silver angled plate will be seen. This needs to be pushed towards the rear of the dashboard for a distance of about 2cm. Repeat the same on the other side. Once this has been done, the radio can gently be pulled forwards. Take care not to crack the outer trim when doing this, and if you must put your fingers through the cassette flap for leverage, take care not to bend the lower edge of the flap. The stereo is generally a very tight fit, hence the struggle.
