Code entry is only possible if the display is flashing. If the horizontal bars are static, then leave the unit switched on for up to two hours before code entry may again be possible. We are able to decode this stero via E-Mail if you follow the instructions below. If "LOCK 10" appears on the display, then you have used up all of your code entry attempts, and the unit will have to be sent to us to be reset. Please contact us for more information.

To remove the Radio, the removal tools are simply inserted through the holes. Once the removal tools are inserted, push in until a click is felt, and then withdraw the radio. The leads can then be unplugged.
