Please note that code entry is only possible when "CODE IN" is shown in the display. If the display continually shows "WAIT" then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible. If it does not reset after this time, or the display shows "_ _ _ _" then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be sent to us to be decoded and reset.

If you have lost your radio code, we can decode and reset this radio, but you will need to send the unit to our workshop for this work to be carried out. Approx turnaround time is 48 hours from receipt to dispatch.

Removal of the radio is fairly straightforward, and yet the one we get most phone calls about! If you look just under the bottom edge of the stereo, two small indentations can be seen at the rear lower edge of the front fascia. Two flat strips need to be inserted at this location and pushed backwards about 2 inches. With these wedges in place, the stereo can be gently eased forwards taking care not to put any pressure on the fragile side edges. The leads can then be unplugged.

WARNING !

Please ensure that the unit is carefully packaged before sending this model to us, as the delicate fascia sides are very fragile and can easily fracture if the postie is a little rough with it. Bubble wrap and a Jiffy bag are not substantial enough, it must also be secured inside a sturdy box.
