Please note that code entry is only possible with the ignition switched on, and in the order shown. If the display continually shows "SYSTEM LOCKED" then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible. If it does not reset after this time, then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be sent to us to be decoded and reset. Please contact us for the cost of this service.

If you have lost your radio code, we can decode and reset this radio, but you will need to send the unit to our workshop for this work to be carried out. Approx turnaround time is 48 hours from receipt to dispatch.

Removal of the radio is fairly straightforward. This radio is bolted in place by four bolts, and these will be hidden beneath the dashboard trim. Removal of the trim will depend largely on the vehicle it is fitted to, but should not present any real problems. Please consult your service manual if you are unsure how to go about this. Before unplugging the radio, set the radio to TRANSPORT MODE as this will lock the mechanism in place whilst you ship it to us. This is done by pressing and holding simultaneously both of the top left buttons "<" and ">" and the top right musical note button for 5 seconds. Once Confirmation of TRANSPORT MODE is displayed on the screen, you can then remove the four bolts that secure the radio frame. The stereo will come out in a rather large lump and can then be unplugged.
