If the display continually shows "CODE WAIT" then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible. If it does not reset after this time, then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be sent to us to be decoded and reset. To remove the Radio, open the two small flaps at either side of the fascia that will reveal the small allen key headed bolts. Unscrew these bolts as far as they will go, taking care not to damage the heads. The bolts will not come out, but are winding back a sliding bar inside the radio. Stop when resistance is felt. You should then be able to then withdraw the radio. The leads can then be unplugged, but it must be noted that this is often a very tight plug requiring the outer clip to be pushed in an upwards direction to release.
