Please note that code entry is only possible when "CODE ----" is shown in the display. If the unit is codelocked it will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible. If it does not reset after this time, then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be sent to us to be decoded and reset. To remove the Radio, you will need to open the two small flaps either side of the fascia, and this will reveal two allen keyed screws that are holding the unit in. Using a 2.5mm Allen Key or a Torx T10, unscrew the bolts counter clockwise until a small resistance is felt. The bolts will not come out, but are moving a sliding bar at the side of the radio. Once a slight resistance has been felt, the radio can be withdrawn. The leads are often very fiddly to remove and require the plastic housing at the rear plug to be slid in an upwards direction to unlock the clip holding the plug in. This is often very tight.

USA Models:

Please note that this decode service will provide a four digit code that is widely used around Europe. Certain countries, including the USA were reprogrammed when they left the factory with a five digit security code. If you select the USA version from the menu when prompted, a solution will be provided for those requiring a 5 digit code.
