Female ISO plug for use when your car has an ISO Style connector, but the radio being fitted has bullet connectors hanging out of the end.

This lead is connected to the bullet connectors of the stereo, and means that you can then install it to the ISO connector on the car without cutting and damaging the expensive vehicle harness.
