Female ISO plug for use when your car has an ISO Style connector, but the radio being fitted has bare wires hanging out of the end.

This lead is connected to the bare wires of the stereo, and means that you can then install it to the ISO connector on the car without cutting and damaging the expensive vehicle harness.
