Please note that code entry is only possible when "CODE" is shown in the display. If the unit is codelocked it will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible. If it does not reset after this time, or the display shows "EEE" then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be sent to us to be decoded and reset - details of which can be found below.

If you have lost your radio code, we can decode and reset this radio, but you will need to send the unit to our workshop for this work to be carried out. Approx turnaround time is 48 hours from receipt to dispatch.

Removal of the radio will depend upon the vehicle fitted to. To remove the Radio, depress the two vertical clips at the lower sides of the front fascia, this will then release the two handles. Pull the handles and the radio will come out. The leads can then be unplugged. There is also an alternative fitment with two vertical slots at the sides of the fascia. Insert the removal keys and then apply sideways pressure in an outwards direction to release the brackets on the side of the radio - be careful as this is often very tight.
