Please take great care to enter the code correctly on this unit, as it is very easily locked. When the code is entered, the display will say "IN" and upon depressing the fifth digit, the unit will either switch on or revert back to a display of "CODE". If it reverts back to code, then the number you have entered is incorrect and although it may allow you to re-enter the same number, it will not always be accepted until at least three hours have elapsed with the unit being powered up with no buttons being pressed during this time despite the display showing "IN" as buttons are pressed. If it does not reset after this time, then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be sent to us to be decoded and reset. If you have lost your radio code, we can supply the Security Code for this Radio using our online E-Code service. Simply submit your Radio details via our online form, and then sit back and wait for us to E-Mail your Code number back to you.

Removal of the radio is fairly straightforward. To remove the Radio, gently prise off the radio outer trim to expose the release mechanism at either side of the radio. There is a small slider that needs to be raised halfway towards the open part of the slot, and when this is done at either side, you can ease the radio forward using your third hand (!). The leads can then be unplugged.
