Please note that code entry is only possible when the word "CODE" is shown on the display. Be aware that you only have one attempt at code entry, and if the display is blank, but illuminated, then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible. If it does not reset after this time, or the display remains blank, then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be sent to us to be decoded and reset.

If you have lost your radio code, we can decode and reset this radio, but you will need to send the unit to our workshop for this work to be carried out. Approx turnaround time is 48 hours from receipt to dispatch.

To remove the Radio, you will first need to remove the outer trim, this is simply clicked in place, but take care not to pull too hard in case the plastic lugs are damaged. At either side will be a vertical silver lever. These levers move up and down, and must be raised about half the amount of their travel to release the unit from the mounting sleeve. It is a bit of a fiddle, as both levers must be raised at the same time to release, as well as easing the unit gently forwards. The leads can then be unplugged.
